Why can’t I use the service after renewing? What does unlimited data mean?
If you only renewed (not upgraded), your data won’t reset — it only extends your membership period. To reset data immediately, you need to upgrade your plan. It will take effect right away and start a new billing cycle. “Unlimited data” means no cap under normal use — browsing, streaming, downloads are all fine. However, the following will trigger limits:
- Reselling or sharing your account
- Heavy P2P usage or massive video downloads
- Using over 10GB/day (VIP3 limit)
