Why wasn’t my previous payment deducted when upgrading?


When you upgrade, we calculate your remaining days × price and convert them into time under the new plan. No loss. For example, if you have VIP2 and upgrade to VIP4, your unused time will be converted into VIP4 days, then added to the new time. Note: Upgrading starts a new billing cycle immediately and resets your data. "Renewing" simply extends your current plan — it does not upgrade or reset anything.
