VPN Connection Issue Self Diagnosis


1. Log in to the app or backend to check whether your account has expired or your data traffic has run out.
2. If you are using the PC version, please use **Proxy Mode** (found under **Settings → System Proxy**).
3. Try updating or downloading the latest client, or reinstall it: https://www.5ufclub.com/download_app
4. Try switching to the **Hong Kong**, **Japan**, or **United States** region.
5. Check the homepage for **latency status** and **application availability**.
