Why does the “unlimited data” plan still have a limit?


“Unlimited data” means we do not ban or charge extra for high usage, but we enforce a Fair Usage Policy (daily cap) to ensure fair performance for everyone. Why?
  • Without limits, a few users may abuse the service (e.g. servers, heavy sharing), slowing others down.
  • VPN servers cost bandwidth, which must be shared efficiently.
  • Most “truly unlimited” VPNs silently limit users. We state it clearly.
Example: Our unlimited plan may cap at 20–30GB/day. Beyond that, your speed may drop or pause until the next day. If you accidentally exceed the limit, you can contact our support to restore access. As long as it is not shared by multiple users or maliciously resold, we can restore it immediately.
