1. What We Collect


We collect only the following information after obtaining your explicit consent:

During VPN usage:

  • We may record total daily bandwidth usage per account (in MB/GB) to manage server load;

  • We do not log websites visited, DNS queries, traffic content, or behavioral patterns;

  • We do not perform device tracking, profiling, or user behavior analysis.


2. How We Use This Data


The collected information is used solely to:

  • Create and maintain your VPN account

  • Provide stable and fair network services

  • Manage bandwidth allocation and detect misuse


We do not use your data for ads, marketing, analytics, or resale purposes.


3. Whether Data Is Uploaded to Servers


Yes — after your consent, the following data is securely uploaded to our servers (located in Singapore):

  • Registered email and username

  • Daily usage volume (only numerical total, no content)

  • Connection status (active/inactive)


All data is encrypted during transfer and used strictly for service provision.


4. User Consent Mechanism

  • Upon first launch, the app will display a clear consent prompt explaining what data is collected and how it is used.

  • You must tap “Agree” before any data is collected or uploaded.

  • You may withdraw consent and delete your account from the app settings at any time.

  • Without consent, no data will be collected and core features may be disabled.


5. Data Security & Legal Compliance

  • Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3

  • Hosted in Singapore, in compliance with PDPA

  • No third-party sharing or tracking

  • Fully compliant with PDPA (Singapore) and GDPR (EU)

7. Apple Payment (App Store In-App Purchases)


If you subscribe using Apple In-App Purchase via your Apple ID:

  • All payments are processed by Apple directly.

  • We do not access, collect, or store your payment details, Apple ID, or financial information.

  • Apple shares subscription status with us (e.g., start and expiry date) so we can enable or disable account access.

  • We access this data only after your explicit consent, and use it solely for service delivery purposes.

  • For refunds, please contact Apple Support directly; we are unable to refund App Store transactions.

  • If a subscription is cancelled during a trial period, membership access will end immediately.
